Customer success and implementation.

I'm a former senior business account executive at a Fortune 50 company with a strong customer success and implementation skillset. I use a plethora of software and AI tools to do my job, and I keep a person in charge of every result. My hobbies and side projects involve media, AI training, TTS directing and business software applications.

Projects

What I make when I'm not working

My writing

A complete novel and several first-season pilots, free to read, and all of it written by hand with no AI. It's dark, gritty and rated R, so it's adults only. I also write Westwild, a free spaghetti-western tabletop game.

My YouTube channel: National Ledger Report

An investigative explainer channel built on court filings, SEC disclosures and government data. I run it solo, from research and scripting to narration and editing. Here is one of the videos.

AI audio and AI roleplay software

AI-assisted audiobooks and audio drama with a person listening to every line, plus SoloRoleplayer, a private local roleplay app, and a small trained model with a published benchmark that shows where it works and where it doesn't.

Why I do it

It started with roleplay

I've been roleplaying since I was sixteen. I wanted a partner I could pick up for ten minutes, on my own computer, without anyone watching. So I built one, and then I measured it.

The audio work comes from the same place. I write dark stories and wanted to hear them done properly, so I learned the craft: pronunciation lists, line-by-line review, sound design, mastering.

AI is how I get that work done. I'm not a programmer. I design the workflows and the tests, the AI tools write the code, and I check everything that ships.

I'd rather tell you exactly where AI was involved than leave you guessing, so every page says.
